    Sorry. I just want to give you an honest review. The spring rolls did not have much crunch and were a bit doughy, just a bit undercooked. The spicy tofu was tough, probably overlooked, though you did ask if I was sure I wanted it. I should have asked why. This is also the second time I've had the sweet n sour pork. Tasty pork, but the onions are always tough, perhaps simmer them a little with the pork before adding the sauce. As it sits, I cannot recommend Shan based on three tries. I am sorry.
